The best toddler snack or quick mommy breakfast on the go!
- 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter… sometimes I add a little more
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup honey, agave or maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 cups of gluten free oats
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 cup chopped apples
- 1-3 drops of doTERRA cardamom oil**
***add 1/2 a cup of dried fruit/nuts or grated carrot if you desire
Combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Spoon into a greased 9×9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
