This dip is delicious and it’s helping me get some healthy calories into a toddler who won’t eat anything this week!
1 can full fat coconut milk
2-3 TBSP natural peanut butter
a little bit of raw honey to sweeten if needed
beat all ingredients together and chill in the fridge for a couple hours to firm up the coconut milk. Serve with apple slices 🙂
Will keep in the fridge for a couple days. You can omit the banana and it will keep for longer.
